A:  Because of the number of Groupon customers, all reservations must be made according to one of the boot camp sessions listed on the registration calendar.

Q:  I bought a Groupon, but don’t think I will be able to attend. Can I transfer it to someone else?
A:  Yes. If you have a problem and cannot attend Step It Up, please send an email to rbyers@stepitupfitness.com for transfer instructions.

Q:  What if I register and find out the bootcamp is too difficult? Can I get my money back or transfer the Groupon to someone else?
A:  There are no refunds for Groupons. However, if you would like to transfer to someone, please send an email to rbyers@stepitupfitness.com for transfer instructions.

Q:  What if I miss a day of boot camp? Can I make it up at a later date?
A:  Step It Up Fitness discount coupon customers are allowed 2 make-up days. The make-up days will be carried over to the next session.

Q:  Are there any other expenses during boot camp?
A:  There are no additional expenses for the fitness and basic nutrition portion of the program. If campers choose to, they may purchase body fat testing and one-on-one nutrition counseling.

Q:  What do I need to bring to boot camp?
A:  Towels, water bottle, a good pair of running shoes, a GREAT ATTITUDE.

Q:  I do not like working out in inclement weather. Do you have indoor facilities?
A:  The only camp that does not have access to an indoor facility is the Smyrna evening class at 1275 Church Street.

Q:  Typically, how many campers attend a monthly boot camp session?
A:  All camps vary in size depending on the time of year. However, you can expect between 20-50 campers each month.
